Contacted Falconer Removals to move my 90 year old mother to a third floor retirement flat.
Dreaded the thought of her move but Nathan and the team were marvellous, very professional with no problem proving too difficult to overcome. Their customer focused approach provides that your possessions are treated with care and you are immediately put at ease resulting in an almost completely stress free day.

I’ve used Falconer Removals for over 40 years. The service they provide is first class, they literally take the stress out of moving.
With their wealth of experience they have helped me move all over the UK.
On past occasions they have also packed all my belongings into boxes and dismantled beds and wardrobes, which I’d recommend.
All you need to provide is tea and coffee on the day.
They aren’t the cheapest but I wasn’t looking for cheap removals, I was looking for the best, which they provided 100%
I always recommend them to anyone moving.

“We received other quotes, but other companies were very blasé and did no research into access at the new property. Graham & Nathan came out to the house we were leaving in Carmarthenshire and were incredibly thorough and knowledgeable in working out the cubic meterage of our furniture and outdoor equipment. We only had 4 days between exchange and completion and everyone wanted removal companies like everyone wanted a hairdresser.

Nathan, Ross and Callum arrived on time on our moving out day. Even over the weekend Nathan was in touch with updates and we were passing him information on the new property in Devon. Due to the short exchange and completion they were unable to deliver our furniture until the following week which enabled us to send video links of access and laybys.

We have never dealt with a company with such excellent communication skills which of course instils you with confidence. We had no doubts from start to finish that we had chosen the right company for our move. Falconers took a lot of the stress out of our move and we would not hesitate to recommend their services.
