While you might be able to fit multiple canvases in one box, make sure that you fill the rest of the box up with packing paper to provide another layer of shock-absorbing material.

Stretch wrap is not only ideal for keeping smaller items together and organised, but it also helps to protect against moisture, dirt and dust. It will also help to secure sharp items, such as scissors, and prevent them from flying around in the box unprotected.
Additionally, stretch wrap is completely transparent, making it easier to identify your items when it comes to unpacking your boxes.
5. Box Up Your Art Supplies
Once you have secured your supplies in stretch wrap, you can box up your art supplies.
It’s also important to note that if you intend to store your art supplies in a storage facility, you won’t be able to store paint. This comes down to the fact that paints can be flammable and therefore pose a risk in storage.
As such, it’s even more important that you label your supplies to ensure that your paints don’t end up in storage by accident.
6. Carefully Label Your Boxes
Lastly, you will need to carefully label your boxes to indicate where the boxes belong in your new home.
For delicate art supplies, be sure to label the boxes as ‘Fragile’ so that the removal company know to take care when moving your boxes.
